Here’s a few tips on how to create effective listings that will help you to get your Domain names sold fast.

The most important thing to keep in mind when creating a Domain name listing is to provide as much information as possible.  The listing should provide as lots of information about the Domain name that you’re selling.  Be sure to include information like the age of the Domain, who it is registered through, how much traffic the Domain name gets if any (is it parked)?, and anything else you can think of that will help potential buyers to make a decision to buy from you.

The more time and effort you put into creating a great listing, then better chance you have of getting the price you want for your Domain name. It really is that simple.

Here are some of the basics that make up a great listing…

1. Title - the title should include the Domain name.  We do not recommend using allot of hype in the title.

2. Pricing - make sure to set a fair asking price for the Domain name(s) you are selling.  Setting the price too high may make it much more difficult to sell.  Also, if you aren't sure about the price, it’s a good idea to include “OBO” (or best offer) after the price.  If you are willing to be somewhat flexible with your asking price you have a MUCH better chance of selling your Domain name.

3. Description –  It's important to be as detailed as possible with your description!  Add some suggestions as to what niche the Domain name may be good for, give potential buyers some idea's to think about. Provide as much information as you possibly can.

4. Transfer Process – don't assume the buyer has purchased a Domain name  before, advise them that you will walk them through the process, make it as easy as possible and people will feel comfortable buying from you.

5. Payment Method - what payment methods do you accept?  PayPal and Escrow are the 2 most common payment methods.  Paypal is the default payment portal for sales on this site, however if you are selling a more valuable Domain name, you may choose to offer Escrow and therefore provide an added level of comfort and security for buyers. Either way, it’s up to you to clearly state in your listing how you preferred to get paid.
